A security seal provides clear, verifiable evidence that your box has not been interfered with between collection and return without you having to take our word for it.
Two options are available:
Standard Security Seal - S$1 per box
Features a stripe pattern that is physically impossible to realign once a box has been opened. There is no void residue left on the surface, but any tampering is immediately and unmistakably visible at a glance. A cost-effective option for general sensitive or confidential items.
Deluxe Security Seal - S$2 per box
Each seal carries a unique consecutive serial number. Our team records this number against your booking at the time of application, giving you a documented chain of custody. If the seal is ever lifted or removed, a permanent "OPENED" void message appears on the box surface — it cannot be concealed, reversed, or replaced. Applied directly to the box surface (not over existing tape). One seal per box.
Recommended if you are storing legal or compliance documents, financial records, audit files, HR files, confidential client files, or any items requiring documented chain of custody.
How to add a security seal
Let us know when booking your pickup via chat or by contacting us directly. Our team applies the seal at the time of collection. For the Deluxe option, the serial number is logged against your order at that point.
Note: Security seals are applied at pickup only and cannot be retrofitted to boxes already in storage.
