When you schedule a pickup, the item count you enter is an estimate. It helps us plan the right vehicle and crew for your slot. If your actual count ends up slightly higher than expected, here's what you need to know.
Will the driver still take all my items?
Yes. Our driver will pick up everything that's ready on the day. You don't need to match the number you entered at booking exactly.
What if I have significantly more items?
If your load has grown substantially (for example, from 5 items to 15), please get in touch with us before your pickup date. We may need to adjust the vehicle size or manpower to make sure everything goes smoothly.
As a guide, our standard per-item pickup covers loads up to about half a van (roughly 18 large boxes). If you're unsure whether your items fit within this, feel free to message us and we'll confirm.
Why can't I edit the count in the app?
Editing your booking requires selecting a new time slot. If no slots are available on your chosen date, the app won't let you proceed — even to make a minor change. You can still contact our team directly and we'll update it for you.
What's the delivery fee if I have more items?
As long as your load stays within half a van with one manpower, the per-trip delivery fee remains the same. Only if your load requires a larger vehicle or additional crew will the fee change.
