Time Slots Are Estimates — But We Take Them Seriously
Your scheduled time slot is our commitment to arrive within that window. 95-98% of our jobs arrive on time. Occasionally, factors beyond our control — such as weather, heavy traffic, or delays at a previous job — may cause a slight delay. If that happens, we'll keep you informed.
Slot Availability
The slots you see when booking in the app or on the website reflect real-time availability. Slots that do not appear are fully booked.
If you urgently need a pickup or delivery outside the available slots, please contact us — we may be able to squeeze you in for an additional fee, subject to operational feasibility.
Singapore Time Slots
In Singapore, we operate with 2-hour time slots throughout each operating day, starting from 8:00 AM. This means you'll always have a tight, predictable window for your pickup.
Live Driver Tracking: Once your driver is on the way, you'll receive a notification with a live map link showing their real-time location — so you'll know exactly when to expect them.
Kuala Lumpur Time Slots
In Kuala Lumpur, due to the unpredictability of traffic conditions, we use two broader time slots per operating day:
8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Need a More Specific Time in KL?
We understand that sometimes you need a tighter window, especially for larger jobs and moves. Here's how we handle that:
Preferred timing (no extra charge): Let us know your preferred time within your slot and we'll do our best to accommodate it — at no additional fee. We're happy to work with you on this, especially for larger bookings.
Guaranteed specific timing (additional charge): If arriving at an exact time is absolutely essential, we can arrange that for a small additional fee. This is because locking in a precise arrival time requires us to adjust our entire schedule — both before and after your job — to guarantee punctuality down to the minute. Tips for a Smooth Pickup
Be ready 15 minutes before your time slot so we can get started right away and keep everything on schedule.
Let us know about any access requirements (loading docks, security clearance, elevator bookings) when you book — this helps us plan accurately and arrive prepared.
