For most customers, paying for BEAM Space is automatic: we keep your credit or debit card on file and charge it for each invoice, so there is nothing you need to do each billing cycle. A card on file is our standard and recommended payment method.
Alternative methods (bank transfer, PayNow, GIRO, and cryptocurrency) are available for specific situations and are listed under Alternative Payment Methods below.
Credit / Debit Card on File (default)
Add or update your card on file in your BEAM Space account, in the app or on our website. Once a card is on file, all charges are made automatically on a recurring basis, so you do not need to take any action for each invoice.
We accept all Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards. In Singapore, we also accept American Express cards.
If a card payment is declined, or if you use Apple Pay or are paying while travelling abroad, see Troubleshooting Payment Failures below.
Business customers: Credit terms are available for qualified business customers, subject to credit application approval. All other customers should keep a credit or debit card on file for automatic recurring charges.
Cash payments are not accepted by our team for security reasons, but you may deposit cash in-person at our bank and send us the deposit receipt to credit your BEAM Space storage account.

Most customers simply keep a card on file. The methods below are available for specific situations, for example business credit-term accounts, corporate-card problems, paying from overseas, or personal preference. Availability in Singapore and Malaysia is noted for each method.

If encountering issues while traveling abroad, entering the card details manually instead of using digital wallets like Apple Pay may resolve the problem.

Bank Transfers
Available in Singapore and Malaysia
When sending a payment by bank transfer, please send funds to the entity indicated on your invoice and enter your customer number in the reference field. You may also indicate if you would like to apply the payment to specific invoices; otherwise, payments will be applied to the oldest invoice first.
After the transfer is complete, please e-mail a copy of your transfer confirmation, including the bank account number from which the payment was sent, to cs@beamspace.com, so as to ensure that your account is properly credited. Bank transfers will typically be reflected in your BEAM Space account within 2 business days.

PayNow
Singapore only. Singapore customers can use the PayNow service through their bank's app.
Please send funds to the entity UEN Number indicated on your invoice and enter your customer number in the reference field. You may also indicate if you would like to apply the payment to specific invoices; otherwise, payments will be applied to the oldest invoice(s) first.
After the transfer is complete, please send a copy of your transfer confirmation to cs@beamspace.com, so as to ensure that our account is properly credited. PayNow transfers typically take approximately 2 business days to be verified and credited to your BEAM Space account.
GIRO Payments
Singapore only.
For long-term and automated payment arrangements, BEAM Space accepts GIRO payments in Singapore. GIRO approvals typically take 2-4 weeks to process. Customers must fill out a GIRO Application Form for the BEAM entity from which they are invoiced and return it via to Beam Storage Pte Ltd. Customers should utilize an alternative payment method for initial payments during the approval period, which may take up to 6-8 weeks.
Cryptocurrency
Available in Singapore and Malaysia.
Customers wishing to pay with cryptocurrency may do so by sending to the following wallet addresses. Once your payment has been sent, kindly send the transaction ID to us for verification.
We strongly recommend sending a small test transaction and confirming our receipt thereof, prior to making any large transfers.

Troubleshooting Payment Failures
Apple Pay: Some customers have encountered unexpected card declines when using Apple Pay. If you are using Apple Pay and experience unexpected declines, we highly recommend entering the actual card details instead of using a digital wallet. (Our platform is secure and PCI Compliant, and card data is not stored on our platform.)
Overseas Transactions: If a transaction is declined while overseas, entering the actual card details instead of using digital wallets like Apple Pay may help.
Corporate Card Issues: If corporate credit cards are unavailable or malfunction, bank transfers or GIRO can work as an alternative payment option.
