Once a new or updated credit card is added to your account, our billing system will automatically attempt to charge your card for any outstanding invoices on the next morning.
If your card is declined, we will automatically re-attempt to charge the card on file each morning for an additional six (6) days. If the card continues to be declined at that point, the credit card will be removed from our system and a new card will need to be added.
Please note that late payments may be subject to a late fee/finance charge of 2% per month or $10, whichever is higher.
