Your first monthly storage invoice is generated about one (1) month from the date you first store with us. For example, if you store with us on October 16, your first recurring invoice will be generated on or around November 16. Please note that the invoice date may be affected by leap days.

Upon the generation of a recurring invoice, our billing system will automatically e-mail you with a notification. If your account is on credit card billing, we will attempt to charge your card at that time.

You can check all of your past invoices, and any unpaid amount due, by logging in to your BEAM Space account and clicking on the Invoices tab.

If you require an official receipt of payment, indicating the payment method and the invoices to which the payment was applied, kindly contact us via chat or e-mail.
