After you schedule a pickup or delivery within our app or by logging in to your account on our website, the request is confirmed in principle. The driver is estimated to arrive within the two (2) hour time window you selected, unless otherwise advised by our operations team.
While this arrival time is on a best-effort basis, over 98% of pickups and deliveries are on time. Should the driver be able to arrive early or is encountering unexpected delays, we will contact you to advise of the updated arrival time.
Coming Soon for Singapore customers: You will receive an automatic notification when the driver is on the way to your location, with a link to track your driver’s live location.

Please note that we will do our best to accommodate special requests, such as specific timing, urgent delivery, before-or after-hours pickup/delivery requests, etc.; such requests may be subject to additional fees, depending on the nature of the request.
