How do I schedule a delivery of my items?

Learn how to schedule a delivery of your stored items through the BEAM Space app or website, including how to select items and enter your delivery details.

Scheduling a delivery with BEAM Space is quick and easy.

To arrange a delivery of your stored items:

  1. Open the BEAM Space app or log in through our website.
    ​

  2. Go to the Items page.
    ​

  3. Select the item(s) you would like returned by adding them to your cart.
    ​

  4. Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details, including:

  • Delivery address

  • Preferred date

  • Time slot

  • Any special instructions for our team

Once your request is submitted, our team will prepare your items for delivery to the address provided.

Please note that only active items in your BEAM Space account will appear on the Items page and be available for selection. This means that deliveries can only be scheduled after your items have been collected and processed into your account.

If you have just arranged a pickup, your items may not appear immediately while they are being received and updated in our system.
