My items were picked up, but I don't see photos of them in my account.

During pickup from your location, our team will barcode and inventory each of your items/boxes. Upon receiving your signed confirmation before the driver leaves, you will immediately see these items listed in your BEAM Space account on our website or mobile apps.

After the items arrive at our secure storage facility, photos will be taken of each barcoded item. This process typically takes just 1-2 days, but can sometimes be delayed, depending on the number of items or unusual seasonal demand for our services.

If photos are not showing within 1 week, please feel free to reach out and we will be happy to assist in expediting for you.
