You can use any box you would like, as long as it is clean (i.e. has not previously been in contact with food or liquids, etc.), of appropriate strength and protection for reasonable handling.
Alternatively, we would be happy to provide you with our own BEAM Space corrugated boxes, which are designed to be ideal for storage.
Box Sizes Available
We currently have 2 BEAM Space boxes available for your selection:
45 x 35 x 30 cm (LxWxH) "Large" Double-Wall Box. Max weight of 15 kg. We recommend this box for most uses, as it is extremely strong and heavy-duty.
60 x 40 x 40 cm (LxWxH) Single-Wall Box. This is a thin box and is only recommended for those items that are very light, but do not fit in our normal box. This box size is only available in Singapore and is considered an "Odd Size" box due to its size and limited stacking strength.
The boxes are printed with a convenient section in which to write details for your own reference, such as your name, title of the box, and description of its contents. For sanitary purposes, all boxes offered are new and unused.
If you are looking for a box that matches the exact dimensions of BEAM Space's large box storage pricing category, please note that a box with those dimensions is not currently available for purchase from BEAM Space. For large items exceeding this size limit, alternative solutions may need to be considered.
Fixed Space Storage Plans
Our Fixed Space Storage Plans include free boxes, the number of which depends on which plan you choose:

When you request a delivery of boxes prior to your pickup/collection, we will charge you $4 per box in Singapore or RM10 per box in Malaysia, but you will receive a credit in the same amount towards your storage (up to the included number of boxes for your plan). For example:
If you are storing in a 30 sq ft space and require 5 boxes, we will charge you for 5 boxes x $4 = $20. When your pickup is completed, we will then credit your account for $20 towards future storage charges.
If you are storing in a 30 sq ft space and require 10 boxes, we will charge you for 10 boxes x $4 = $40. When your pickup is completed, we will then credit your account for $20 towards storage charges.
Please note that, while our cardboard boxes are available for purchase for customers on a Per Item Storage plan, they are chargeable at the above raters.
