Why is disposal a paid service?
Disposal isn’t as simple as “throwing it away.” As a company handling customer property, we must dispose of items responsibly and through proper channels, in accordance with environmental and regulatory requirements. This includes sorting, handling, transport, and appropriate disposal.
Standard disposal pricing
SGD/MYR 80 per 10 sq ft of items for standard items (non-hazardous, non-special handling).
Final pricing depends on item type, volume, and any special handling requirements.
Specialized Disposal for sensitive items, such as document shredding (as part of our Records Management services) and hard drive destruction, is available upon request, and are priced separately. Please contact us for information and pricing.
Items that may require special disposal (additional charges may apply)
Examples include (not exhaustive):
Batteries, power banks, electronics and e-waste
Paint, solvents, chemicals, fuels, aerosols
Bulbs/lamps, certain appliances
Medical/biohazard materials
Many items requiring special disposal are on our list of Prohibited Items, and if stored in contravention of those restrictions may be subject to additional fees.

Can you sell my items instead of disposing of them?
No. We are a storage and logistics provider, not a resale service. We do not list items for sale, manage payments, negotiate prices, or handle buyer disputes.
If you would like to sell items, you may arrange your own buyer. We can coordinate release or delivery (delivery fees apply).
Can you donate my items?
We can assist with donation logistics only if a charity accepts the items and pickup/drop-off is arranged. We cannot guarantee acceptance or assess condition on behalf of a donation organization.

Confirm written authorization for disposal
We’ll confirm whether your items are standard disposal or require special handling, then provide an estimate and timeline
Certificate of Disposal
Available upon request after specialized disposal of items such as documents or hard drives is completed.

Disposal requests are irreversible once completed.
Items requiring special handling may have longer lead times and different pricing.
We may require settlement of any outstanding balance on your account, including disposal fees, prior to initiating the disposal process or other additional services.
