Can BEAM Space receive deliveries on my behalf?

Yes, BEAM Space is able to receive deliveries on behalf of our customers, either for storage or for forwarding to one or more domestic or international addresses.

Simply address your package(s) as follows:

[Customer Number] [Customer Name, as shown on your BEAM Space account]
c/o Beam Storage Pte Ltd

For example:

123456 John Tan
c/o Beam Storage Pte Ltd

For larger shipments, such as freight containers or pallets, we may require additional notice and details to ensure proper and timely handling. We are registered with the relevant Customs agencies and can assist in facilitating the entry of your goods, collection from ports, etc.

For import shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all government or third-party fees associated with the shipment. If duties taxes are payable, we may require advance payment for same, subject to handling fees, if those charges have not been settled in advance.

Please reach out to the Customer Service team to let us know the following details, so that we know what to expect:

  1. What items to expect

  2. Estimated weight and dimensions, if available

  3. Tracking number or estimated date/time of delivery

  4. Any special instructions. These might be verifying the items received against a packing list you provide

The team will then respond back with the appropriate delivery address, phone number and contact person (if applicable), and any special instructions.

Please note that any restrictions on items that can't be stored will still apply. For example, no flammable or hazardous items are permitted.
