At BEAM Space, we offer business customers the option to apply for a business credit account for approved storage, logistics, and related services.
A business credit account can help streamline repeat transactions, reduce administrative delays, and make it easier for your team to manage ongoing storage and logistics needs with us. Our default arrangement is payment on a COD basis, but approved customers may apply for Net 30 terms, subject to review.
Approval is not automatic. We assess each application based on the applicant’s business profile, operating history, payment risk, requested credit amount, and supporting documents. Depending on the applicant’s profile, we may also require a personal guarantee.
Who should apply
A BEAM Space business credit account may be suitable for:
companies with recurring storage or logistics requirements
corporate customers managing multiple jobs or locations
businesses that require centralized billing
organisations seeking approved payment terms instead of paying per transaction
How the review works
As part of our review, we may request company registration and verification documents, including:
for Singapore entities, ACRA BizFile / business profile or equivalent registration records
for Malaysia entities, SSM company or business profile / equivalent registration records
identification and authority documents for the authorised signatory
billing and finance contact details
trade references or other supporting information where relevant
For higher-risk applicants, foreign entities, and newly established entities, a personal guarantee may be required as a condition of approval.
Important terms
All approved business credit accounts remain subject to BEAM Space’s current Terms of Service, as published on our website.
Approval of a credit account does not waive any of BEAM Space’s rights under its Terms of Service, including rights relating to payment, suspension, withholding of release, enforcement, and recovery.
